RETURN POLICY

Returns Policy - Right of withdrawal from distance contracts (Law 2251/1994)

The Customer has the following alternatives:

Replacement: Our online store will do its best to replace the product returned by the Customer, whether the product is deemed defective (same code, possibility of changing size or color), or if the wrong code has been sent. For the best possible service, we recommend that the Customer inform us, within 3 working days from the date of receipt, either by telephone or via email, of their desire for replacement. In the event that replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact the Customer to offer them alternatives.

Refund: The consumer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product, by returning the product in its original condition to Us, without incurring any expense, except for the costs of returning the Product.

The product must be returned exactly in the excellent condition in which the Consumer received it. In particular, the returned Product must have been unused, be in excellent condition, exactly as before its sale, in its complete original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging. Furthermore, in order for the return of the Product to be accepted, it must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt).

In the event that the product is returned due to a defect or due to an error on the part of the Website during the order, the costs of returning the product are borne by the Store. In the event that the Customer withdraws from the contract and returns the Product(s), the costs of returning the Product shall be borne by the Customer.

In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and is entitled to proceed unilaterally and without any other recourse to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer must inform us of his decision to withdraw

a) he may either notify this fact in writing by completing the relevant form found here and sending it in the following ways:

1. to the electronic address: info@kentrogiftshop.gr

2. or to the postal address of the Store: Vasiliou Balkou 18, Preveza, P.C.48100.

In these cases, the Store shall immediately notify the consumer of confirmation of receipt of this withdrawal on a durable medium. b) to make any other clear statement presenting his decision to withdraw from the contract, such as a telephone call. The Store is obliged to confirm receipt of the declaration of withdrawal in writing upon receipt.

In the event of the consumer exercising the right of withdrawal as above, the Store shall refund any payment received from the consumer, without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

The Store may withhold the refund of the price until it receives the goods back or until the consumer provides evidence that he has sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

In case of product return, the Consumer will be informed via e-mail about the refund of his money as follows:

a) in the case that the payment has been made either by credit card or by deposit to a bank account mentioned in the “Payment Methods” of our website: The money will either be credited to the debit/credit card used by the Consumer during the transaction or by transfer to the bank account that he indicated when depositing the money or notified us later.

b) in the case that the payment has been made by bank deposit: The money will be credited to the bank account that he will indicate to us for this purpose after contacting our store at tel. 2682022370 or sending an email.

COST OF CHANGES

For returns and changes, the cost of shipping costs of the product is borne by the buyer.

In the event that the change results from an error by kentrogiftshop.gr, then only the costs are borne by the store.

Change Costs:

8€ if the shipment is made with ELTA COURIER.

5€ if the shipment is made with BOX NOW.

In the event of a return without replacement, the cost is 4 & 2.5 € respectively.

EXCEPTIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF RETURNS

The right of withdrawal for distance and non-store purchases concluded contracts, does not apply to the following cases:

a) the supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or specially personalized products

b) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery (such as, for example, underwear, swimwear, earrings, etc.)

c) the purchase of products which are at a discount greater than or equal to 40%.

d) For hygiene reasons, jewelry is not returned

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event that you consider that the product you ordered does not comply, at the time of its delivery, with the terms of the Contract, you should contact us immediately via e-mail, describing in detail the product and its defect, or by calling us at 2682022370 and we will give you instructions for further action. You must return the product together with the receipt you received upon delivery of the product. We will carefully examine the returned product and inform you via e-mail within a reasonable time whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement (if such a case exists). The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product.

In the case of defective products, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs and any other reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the product. Your refund will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase.

Your legal rights under applicable law are not affected.
